What we do
Steel erection and structural welding are the two trades this company offers, and both can sit on a single contract.
Erection
Crane placement and shake-out, columns stood, beams and bar joists connected working back toward the crane, plumbing, bolting up, bridging and torquing to spec, metal decking landed floor by floor, then welded off, screwed at the laps and detailed out with pour stop. Full scope, first column to last deck weld: the erection scope on site.
Structural welding
Wind brace, moment connections, column splices and whatever else sits in the weld details, run in flux core wire feed and handed to the general contractor's welding inspector. A lot of the work is the weld scope on site for other steel erection companies, on their contracts.

Certificates of insurance go out the same day they are asked for. Anything your contract needs beyond a standard certificate is worth raising on the call so it can be checked with the carrier first.

Flux core wire feed is the reason erectors bring us in on schedule-critical weld scope. It lays down metal considerably faster than stick, and on a job where the deck cannot go on until the connections are welded out, that difference shows up in the programme rather than in the weld.

That matters most on the jobs that are still trading while the steel goes in, where the permit file and the safety plan are the difference between working and standing around. We carry work on occupied commercial sites and the permit file and site safety plan are part of that scope, not an afterthought.

On the warranty, the owner's own position goes further than the term does: “if something is wrong I will usually go out and take care of the issue no questions asked” That is a commitment in his voice, not a clause, and it is written here as exactly that.
No prices, rates or turnaround figures are published. Both depend entirely on the job, and a number posted on a website is a number that is wrong for most of the work.

Radius, states and hours
Manchester, NH, and any town inside a 100-mile radius, across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont. No travel fee - it is inside the estimate.
Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 4am to 8pm EST. Separately, and it is a separate thing, there is a 24/7 line for machines down outside working hours. Scheduling and quoting happen inside the working week; a stopped machine does not wait for it.
